Refund policy
We want you to love your Bare Balm Tallow products as much as we love making them. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
To process a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@barebalm.com.au and include your order number or confirmation details so we can assist you as best as possible.
Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
Conditional items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our return criteria.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and clear photos. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is deemed faulty.
